For Members:

Q: How much does it cost to get a CU Family Pass card?

A: The CU Family Pass is free and only available to OUCU members!

Q: How do I find the current specials?

A: Check the front page of our website for our special monthly promotions. Ongoing specials are listed in the CU Shop Local member business directory.

Q. What’s the difference between the monthly deals and the specials in the CU Shop Local member business directory?

A: Monthly deals are only available for that particular month. Promotions listed in the CU Shop Local member business directory are ongoing. They are updated whenever member businesses change their special.

Q: How do I redeem the discount or deal?

A: Present your CU Family Pass card at the participating business.

Q: What if I lose my CU Family pass card?

A: No problem. Contact us and we will issue a new card.

Q: Can everyone in my family use the CU Family Pass card?

A: Yes!

For Merchants:

Q: How do I get my business in the CU Shop Local Directory?

A:OUCU business members can email us at cufamilypass@oucu.org and we will send you an enrollment form. Member businesses will need to have a business checking account, credit card, loan or be a Select Employer Group of the credit union.

Q: Can I add my business to the directory if I am not an OUCU business member?

A: Listing in the directory is an exclusive benefit for credit union affiliated businesses, but we would love to have you as part of our CU family. We offer a wide range of business services, to find out more contact us at cufamilypass@oucu.org

Q: How do I get my business featured as one of the highlighted monthly deals?

A: Contact us at cufamilypass@oucu.org. Please include contact information, the offer you are submitting, and the month you would like to highlight the offer.

Q: How do I let my customers know that I am a CU Family Pass participant?

A: Your welcome kit contains display materials for your storefront. If you don’t have a storefront and would like to display a CU Family Pass logo on your website, email us at cufamilypass@oucu.org and we’ll send you a graphic to put on your website.

Q: What kind of discounts can I offer to members?

A: Promotions or discounts can be as big or small as you like. You may use you offer to target products or services that you would like to promote. Check out the CU Shop Local directory to see a list of what other merchants are offering.
